Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9apk platform ("Platform", "we") and any player ("you", "user") who uses it.
Accessing the 9apk website (https://9apk.mom), registering an account, or using any of our services at any time is taken as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using our services.
Eligibility Requirements
To use 9apk services, you must meet the following requirements—
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- Using this service must be legal from your location, or you must personally take responsibility for researching the applicable laws where you reside.
- Your personal information must be accurate.
- You may not register again using an account that has previously been banned by 9apk.
- Each person may open one account only. No player may own more than one account.
9apk may investigate suspected rule violations at any time, and if an account is found to be non-compliant, it may be suspended immediately.
Account Opening and Management
3.1 — Registration
You must provide accurate personal details when opening an account, including your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method information. Accounts found to contain false information may be closed immediately and any funds in those accounts may be confiscated.
3.2 — Account Security
You are personally responsible for keeping your account Username and Password secure, and must not share them with anyone. Regardless of who accesses and plays on the account, 9apk will treat all activity as if it were carried out by the registered player, and responsibility cannot be transferred.
3.3 — KYC Verification
9apk may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time by checking your national ID card, passport, or bank card. If you do not cooperate with the verification process, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
Deposit Terms
Accepted deposit methods on the 9apk platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
- You must use your own payment method when making a deposit. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
- If you make a deposit by mistake, contact support immediately.
- 9apk confirms that deposits will be credited to your account after verification. Delays caused by banking issues are not the responsibility of 9apk.
- To prevent money laundering, unusual deposit patterns may be investigated and related funds may be frozen.
Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal—
- Withdrawals will be sent only to the same bank or mobile payment method used for your deposit.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, but may take longer due to verification checks.
- Bonus funds require the Wagering Requirement to be met before withdrawal (see — Section 6).
- Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be suspended.
- Withdrawal requests are processed on 9apk Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).
Bonus and Promotion Terms
6.1 — Welcome Bonus
For your first deposit, 9apk offers a 150% bonus (maximum 300,000 Ks). For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw that 30,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 10x (30,000 × 10 = 300,000 Ks).
Second example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum cap), giving you a balance of 720,000 Ks, and you must wager 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.
6.2 — Wagering Requirement
Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. Your own real money balance (non-bonus funds) can be withdrawn even before the wagering requirement is complete.
6.3 — General Promotions
- Each promotion offer may have its own additional detailed terms and conditions, and may be available only for a limited time until the promotion period ends.
- Each promotion can be claimed once per person only; accounts sharing the same IP address or payment method will be investigated and may be blocked.
- To be eligible for a bonus, you must comply with the platform's guidelines.
- 9apk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Gaming Rules
All games on 9apk are available to play, including football betting, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, Crash Game, Slots, fish shooting games, and Sic Bo — however, the following rules must be followed—
- Once a game result has been determined, it cannot be changed. Game results are decided by a random generation system and 9apk has no ability to interfere with that.
- Disconnection refunds are also handled strictly in accordance with the platform's policy.
- For football betting on domestic (MNL), EPL, UEFA, FIFA and AFF matches, clear and honest judgement must be applied — no manipulation is permitted.
- If a game cannot be completed within a few hours, 9apk may declare it void and return the player's own funds without any bonus.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited while using our services—
- Using bots or any form of automated playing software
- Hacking games or attempting to manipulate game results
- Using external tools (including VPNs) to conceal your location and access the platform — 9apk may block access at its discretion
- Any activity that facilitates money laundering
- Using our services for the purpose of currency exchange rather than actual gameplay
- Attempting DDoS attacks that could damage the website's infrastructure
- Accessing the platform while impersonating another person, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
If any prohibited action is detected, 9apk may immediately suspend the account and confiscate remaining funds without prior warning.
Security and Protection

- Players' bank account details and KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay data are protected against unauthorized access.
- 9apk will never call you by phone to ask for your password — anyone who does so should be considered a scammer.

Limitation of Liability
The 9apk platform is provided "as is" and scheduled maintenance periods, server failures, or temporary service interruptions may occur.
- 9apk is not responsible for any game losses caused by internet connection issues.
- The platform is not responsible for financial losses resulting from games that players choose to play of their own accord.
- Any future loss of access resulting from compliance efforts (for example, temporary suspension due to an investigation) is not counted by 9apk as lost income.
Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 — Suspension by 9apk
9apk reserves the right to suspend an account and confiscate funds without prior notice if there is involvement in violations of these terms, use of fraudulent gameplay methods, or suspected money laundering.
11.2 — Self-Exclusion by the Player
If you wish to stop playing, you may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. If there is an active bet in progress, the account will be closed once it is settled. Terms Amendments
9apk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will take effect within 7 days of being announced on the website, and any player who continues to play after that period is considered to have accepted the updated terms.
